NFC North: 2005, 2006
Formerly Known As: Decatur Staleys
Fun Fact: Soldier Field hosted the first boxing event,
and the all-time largest football crowd (123,000)
Recent History: Lovie Smith was hired by the franchise on
January 15, 2004. He is the third head coach following the
firing of Mike Ditka at the end of the 1992 season. Smith proved
a very successful rookie head coach, bringing a similar
defensive strategy from Tampa with him to Chicago, known as the
"Tampa 2 Defensive System". Before his second season began at
Chicago, the Bears took their former offensive coordinator, Ron
Turner. That season, the Bears won their division and made the
playoffs for the first time in four years, and Bears playoffs
tickets sold like wildfire. Their last playoff spot came via
winning the NFC Central in 2001. The following season, the Bears
won their second consecutive NFC North title and ultimately went
to Super Bowl XLI. Unfortunately, they lost 29-17 to the
Indianapolis Colts. The club gave an extended contract to coach
Lovie Smith, and he remains the current head coach at Chicago.
Though the Bears have won only a single Super Bowl, the team boasts the
NFL's second highest number of Championship titles, falling just
short of the Green Bay Packers. This statistic points to an
illustrious early history. Indeed, the Bears teams of the 1930s
and 1940s set the standard for decades, winning six league
titles in the process. The team's lone Super Bowl victory came
much later, in 1986, at the expense of the New England Patriots.
Despite limited team success, the Bears of the 1980s produced
an outstanding array of individual talents. Hall-of-Famer Walter
Payton remains the NFL's all-time leading rusher, amassing
16,726 yards carrying the ball. Other stars of yesteryear
include linebackers Dick Butkus and Mike Singletary, and
lineman/fullback William "The Refrigerator" Perry.
"Da Bears" are poised to finally make an impact on the NFL
again. The signing of exciting players like wide receiver Muhsin
Muhammad and running back Cedric Benson heralds a new era of
football in Chicago. It's enough to get the fans off their
couches and into Soldier Field. Ticketowl.com is there to
help with team info and outstanding seats at low prices. To get

Chicago Bears News
The 2006 Chicago Bears season was happy times for the Bears. They
attained a 13-3 regular season record, unmatched in the NFC,
bettering their previous year's record of 11-5. The Bears
successfully defended their NFC North divisional title, and beat
the New Orleans Saints in the National Football Conference
Championship. The Bears went to the Super Bowl in Miami, where
they lost 29-17 to Indianapolis Colts, but the season as a whole
was a very successful one.
The Chicago Bears' 2006 NFL Draft picks were not necessarily
to the tastes of many Bears fans or many in the media. A number
of injuries had sidetracked important offensive players, and the
team wrapped up the 2005 NFL season ranked 31st in passing
yardage per game. People automatically believed that a tight end
or wide receiver would be acquired during the free agency period
or the drafts to improve the offense, but Jerry Angelo and Lovie
Smith traded away their first picks and drafted five defensive
players instead. Devin Hester came in to plug the hole left by
cornerback Jerry Azumah and punt returner Bobby Wade, and a host
of other rearrangements occurred, presumably designed to
reconfigure and add a more effective shape to the Bears' roster.
Most did not agree, and the staff copped a lot of criticism from
those who believed that a strengthened offense was the only way
to go. The city of Chicago braced themselves for the hunt for
Bears playoff tickets and regular season seats, and the
season was underway.
The Bears march to glory began at Green Bay Packers, where
they were victors by a clear 26 points to zero, marking the
first in an opening run of seven wins. Bears Packers tickets are
a pass to one of the fiercest match-ups in the midwest, and it
seemed that the Chicago Bears schedule was favoring them. Their
first defeat came at Soldier Field to the Miami Dolphins, in a
31-13 drubbing. They won two more on the trot, before going down
again 17-13 to the New England Patriots at Foxboro. There
followed a four game unbeaten run, taking them all the way to
the final game of the regular season, where they faced the Green
Bay Packers at home, and were roundly beaten 26 to 7. Bears
playoff tickets were now the target and Bears fans sought them
out. The Bears played in the NFC Divisional Playoff against
Seattle Seahawks, and narrowly defeated them 27-24 in a grueling
and hard fought contest. They played New Orleans Saints in the
NFC Championship Game, beating them 39-14, and they went to
Miami for the Superbowl. The search for Chicago Bears tickets
had been worthwhile for fans, and they now had bigger fish to
fry. The Superbowl was played in a torrential downpour, which
many say contributed to the easy flow and dynamism of the game,
in which an immediate return and touchdown was scored direct
from the opening kick-off, the first in Superbowl history.
Chicago Bears football tickets were now among the most prized in
the NFL, especially Chicago Bears playoffs tickets.
Unfortunately the team didn't prevail that year.
Chicago stood still for a day on February 4, 2007, and though
they were beaten, the achievement of reaching the Superbowl
charged the fans up and the hunt for Chicago Bears tickets for
the 2007 NFL season is now on. The seats at Soldier Field will
be packed with roaring Bears fans come the new season, and maybe
they'll make the big game once again. You never know…
Chicago Bears tickets are hot property in the Windy City.
Bears tickets, especially Bears playoff tickets, will forever
ignite the passion of those who follow the team. Indeed, Chicago
Bears playoff tickets are among the best-sellers in the NFL, and
it is well-known that Bears football tickets are hunted like
crazy throughout the Bears schedule. Chicago Bears football
tickets sell especially well when the game is a grudge game or a
big rivalry. Bears Packers tickets are one of the biggest
sellers on the Chicago Bears schedule, and those who follow the
Chicago Bears never fail to show up for this one.
Not only can you find Cheap Bears Tickets , but also an
endless list of gifts and Bears goodies that will be loved by all Chicago
Bears fans, both male and female. Regardless of who your favorite player is
or what you are looking for, this site holds the perfect present for you and
your loved ones. The Cheap Chicago Bears Tickets have grown to have an enormous fan base
since as one of the NFL early teams, and this is a fan base that has spread
worldwide.
The Denver Bronco AFL charter was awarded in 1959 to Bob
Howsam who owned a minor league baseball team and built the 1940s Stadium for
the Cheap Chicago Bears Tickets. With limited funds, the first team took to the field with old
used uniforms and socks that had vertical stripes. After 2 years, Jack Faulkner
was brought in as the head coach and general manager. He began the work of
taking the team from laughing stock to a respected sports entity, and he gave
their much-ridiculed socks the boot in a public ceremony that gave the fans the
opportunity to see them go up in flames. Although there was not a lot of
happiness during the first decade of the Denver Broncos franchise they did have
their moments.
Perhaps the best overall measure is based on the Fan Cost
Index (FCI), a measure that consists of of four average tickets, two beers, four
soft drinks, four hot dogs, parking for one car, two game programs, and two
adult-sized caps. This measure is more indicative of a total spend at a NFL game
and, once again, the New England Patriots top the scales at $596 for a family of
four. The Cheap Chicago Bears Tickets, in keeping with their second-place finish behind the
Patriots in the 'average' ticket price, are second with an FCI of $484. The NFL
average FCI is just under $400 for a family of four.
The Giants started playing football in 1925 after the team
was purchased by Tim Mara who only paid $500 for the team. The following year
was spent investing $25,000 in the team to make them worth keeping around.
Finally it was time for them to play their first game against, none other than
the Cheap Chicago Bears Tickets. The Giants were the underdog, at this game, as the Bears were
a much more powerful team. Therefore, you can imagine what a shock it was when
they defeated the Bears and walked away a bit taller.
I know what you are thinking. How about the Cheap Chicago Bears Tickets?
Forget them. The Cheap Chicago Bears Tickets are done. They are highly overrated. Their weak
spot is the QB and that's going to get them killed come playoff time. Ask
yourself this, what healthy team with a decent defense and offense has the Bears
beaten?

Born in May 1978, this Pasco, Washington native is now an NFL
linebacker for the Cheap Chicago Bears Tickets. As a child, Brian Urlacher moved to
Albuquerque, New Mexico with his mother. Following high school, Brian went on to
attend college at the University of Mexico. It was here that he shined as a
strong safety for the University football team. Upon graduation, he immediately
began pursuing his goal to play professional football and was drafted by the
NFL’s Cheap Chicago Bears Tickets. While most of his experience was as a safety position, he
was assigned the position of middle linebacker for the Bears, which gave him the
opportunity to showcase his tackling abilities, intelligence, speed and
aggressive approach toward winning. An instant star, Urlacher was awarded the
title of NFL Defensive Rookie of the Year in 2000. Such recognition is not an
easy feat, but everything seemed to fall in place for the youngster as he
quickly rose to the top defensive rookie player during his inaugural season.
At the top of the heap are the large-market teams such the
Dallas Cowboys, New England Patriots, Washington Redskins, New York Giants, New
York Jets, and Cheap Chicago Bears Tickets: These teams average among the highest in terms of
'average ticket price'; the average of all available ticket prices for their
home stadiums. For the 2007-08 NFL season the Patriots had the highest overall
average at just a hair under $118 per ticket; this average price is more than
$27 higher than the second most expensive average ticket which belongs to the
Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
Well, the Seahawks went to a 4-wide offense for the first
time. They used the Cheap Chicago Bears Tickets game to test out their new offensive
formation—without a running game. They passed, passed and passed some more. In
other words, you can toss that game out the window, because it's not a
predictive measurement of another match up.
This is where the internet serves a fantastic purpose,

Their first season closed with an 11-1-1 record proving they
were going to be a strong game, winning the majority of the scheduled games. Two
short years later, in 1927, the team won an NFL Championship, again humiliating
the Cheap Chicago Bears Tickets with a final score of 13-7. This particular game is one of the
franchises proudest moments in history.
So it doesn't matter if you are looking for a treat for
yourself, a gift for a loved one, or Bears apparel and memorabilia to treasure

Although 2009 single game tickets was not the year for the Bears to make it to
the Super Bowl, the new season has fans already lining up to grab as many
Cheap Chicago Bears Tickets tickets as possible. This team has made great games an expected
and anticipated event. Many of the present roster standouts will be back and
Chicago has let it become public knowledge that they have deep pockets for the
2009 free agent signing period, which begins the late February.
The Cheap Chicago Bears Tickets have been long since known as a team that
has powerful players with spirit to match. The windy city is in line to find
great success with a breeze that seems to have brought Brian Urlacher all the
way from New Mexico and into to the heart of Chicago and it’s NFL fans.
Shortly after he was hired, Halas and leaders from 11
additional teams organized the American Professional Football Association, which
eventually became the modern NFL. The first title was won by this team in 1921,
and the name was changed to the Cheap Chicago Bears Tickets. They went on to record eight
consecutive winning seasons from 1921 to 1928. The rosters from these early
years included stars like, Red Grange and George Trafton. It is a sure bet that
all of the Cheap Chicago Bears Tickets tickets were being sold when the team recorded 18
consecutive wins during 1933 and 1934. The 1940's saw the mighty Chicago
juggernaut destroy Washington's team with a 73-0 score and the Bears recorded
another undefeated year in 1942.
The franchise for the New York Giants was bought by Tim Mara
in 1925 for the princely sum of $500. In just the first year he had to spend $25
thousand dollars for the team to remain a viable sports entity. The Giants team
was considered crucial if the NFL was to gain fans and national media attention.
New York Giants tickets were sell outs when the big day approached for the team
to compete against the Cheap Chicago Bears Tickets. The Bears had just contracted Red Grange
to play for them and were thought to be the sure winners of the match. When the
Giants won the fans went wild for their home team.
In the NFL kingdom it has been "cash" that has always ruled
the day and the Bears organization has millions to spend to get the cream of the
crop. One player possibility could be Simeon Rice and some others include Julius
Peppers, Chris Sims, and Terrell Suggs. A name not to expect in the Bears fall
line-up is that of Bengals free agent, TJ Houshmandzadeh. He could definitely
bring some game but the cost and terms is not something that appeals to the
Chicago management at this time. No matter what stellar names come up on this
year's roster you can be assured that the Cheap Chicago Bears Tickets will be out of
hibernation and will have the "Bear Attack" in full gear to the delight of
spectators at every game.
At their very first kickoff the Minnesota Vikings quickly
proved that they were a team that could win, and win big. When this football
squad first took the field they scored a triumphant upset over the powerful
Cheap Chicago Bears Tickets. The young quarterback who led the Vikings on this occasion was
none other than Fran Tarkenton. During the next 4 decades this football
franchise would add an NFL title and three NFC titles to their record books.
Soldier Field is the home field of the Cheap Chicago Bears Tickets football
team and the United Center houses the Chicago Bulls basketball team. This center
also is home to the NHL’s Blackhawks, so there’s a load to see there.
Chicago is rightfully proud of the many Football Hall of Fame
players that were once on the Bears rosters. Some of the most famous names
include the legendary Red Grange, Sid Luckman and Bronko Nagurski, Dick Butkus
and the great Gayle Sayers. One Hall of Fame player, Mike Ditka, also became one
of the top Cheap Chicago Bears Tickets coaches.
Every Cheap Chicago Bears Tickets fan loves to own a piece of Bears apparel
or merchandise, whether this is a jersey of a long-gone star to a newly acquired
quarterback like Jay Cutler or all sorts of items with the Bears logo. The Bears
are loved world wide and with that popularity comes the value of owning such
memorabilia - not just financial, but the emotional attachment also makes it a
dream of all Bears fans, and now a dream that is easily achievable.
Fans are proud of the titles won by their Packers, but they
are equally proud of the 21 Pro Football Hall of Fame members that have come
from Green Bay's ranks. Only the Cheap Chicago Bears Tickets can claim more players that have
been selected for this honor. Some of the top names of players and coaches from
the Green Bay Packers organization include Coach Vincent Lombardi, Bart Starr,
Willie Davis, and Ray Nitschke. Another standout for the squad of more recent
times has been their former quarterback legend, Brett Favre.
The Packers have 3 Super Bowl championships in their team
record books. They played in and won the first 2 Super Bowl games in 1966 and
1967, and then they beat New England in 1996 with a score of 35 to 21. The
Cheap Chicago Bears Tickets currently have only 9 titles, the Colts have 4, the New York
Giants can lay claim to a total of 7, and Dallas holds 5 titles of their own.
The perennial loyalty of the Cheap Chicago Bears Tickets fans is evident in
the support they provide this professional football team during each season. The
famous navy blue, orange and white colors of the Bears uniforms never fails to
elicit cheers and applause from anxious spectators who come to support their
favorite team from the stands. Many of these moments are when snow and ice are
pelting the entire town, and temperatures are plummeting, but inside Soldier
Field thousands of fans know the excitement will be hot. The desire to see the
sports action in person creates a huge demand for Cheap Chicago Bears Tickets tickets, and
this is one team that never fails to impress the crowd by delivering outstanding
performances. Fans of this team are so serious about their Cheap Chicago Bears Tickets tickets
that many include their seats in their wills to ensure that family or friends
can continue to enjoy the football action in coming years.
As mentioned Cheap Chicago Bears Tickets takes many forms, and
although some is very difficult to find, others can be found through the
internet. Many will use eBay to try and obtain a prized Cheap Chicago Bears Tickets item - but
this can often prove an expensive and time-consuming method. An alternative is
to find an online store that is dedicated to Bears gifts, apparel, merchandise,
posters, tickets, news and videos.
